摘  要:目的 :运用中医理论对腹部手术后病人进行辨证配膳的临床研究 ,使病人尽早恢复正常食欲。方法 :辨证配膳的前瞻性研究 ,12 0例腹部手术病人按抽签法随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组实施个体化辨证配膳 ,对照组按医嘱指导术后饮食。结果 :干预组食欲恢复正常明显好于对照组 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :辨证配膳可有效改善食欲 。objective:To study different diets according to differentiation of the symptoms and signs and to improve the appetite of patients with abdominal operation,guided under traditional Chinese medical theory. Method:Diet according to differentiation of the symptoms and signs was studied on prospectively. 120 cases with abdominal operation were rondomly divided into two groups.The intervention group was treated individually by diet according to differentiation of symptoms and signs and the control was arranged as doetor's order.Results:The appetite of patients regained significantly better in the intervention group than that in the control group,P<0.01. Conclusion:Diet according to differentiation of symptoms and signs can stimulate appetite and improve healthy and recovery for the patients after abdominal operations.
