Twin-block矫治器在治疗安氏Ⅱ类错畸形中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究Twin-block矫治器对于替牙期、恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ类错的矫治作用。方法:应用Twin-block矫治器对处于替牙期、恒牙早期的安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者11例进行矫治,通过治疗前后的X线光影测量变化来判断其疗效。结果:患者戴用Twin-block矫治器3-8个月后,咬合关系获得明显改善;侧貌协调;前牙覆覆盖正常。结论:Twin-block矫治器是治疗下颌后缩畸形的高效矫治器之一,只要病例选择恰当,就能恢复正常咬合功能及面貌美观的疗效。Objective:To study the effects of Treatment with Twin-block Appliances.Methods:11 cases of Class Ⅱmalocclusion with mandibular retrusion in the mixed dentition or early permanent dentition were treated with Twin-block Appliances.and the effects were evaluated with Cephalometric analysis.Results:After using Twin-block Appliances 3 to 8 months,occlusal relationship and profile improved.Nomal overiet and overbite obtained.Conclusion:Twin-block Appliances were efficient for treating Class Ⅱmalocclusion with mandibular retrusion.
