四环素牙的美容修复

摘　　要：目的:探讨四环素牙的临床美容修复方法及疗效。方法:分别采用漂白法、烤瓷贴面修复和全瓷修复法对30例患者共400颗四环素牙进行美容修复并进行疗效评价。结果:漂白对轻度四环素牙具有较好的疗效,轻度和中度四环素染色组漂白治疗的满意度约为81%,四环素牙患者对贴面及全瓷冠修复的总体满意度达到了91%以上。结论:对四环素牙的美容效果决定于四环素牙的染色程度和修复方法的选择,漂白及贴面和全瓷修复均为四环素牙美容修复的有效方法。Objective:To investigate the best aesthetic methods to restore the tetracycline teeth.Methods:Thirty patients with 400 tetracycline teeth were used in our study.These teeth were restored with porcelain laminate veneer,all-ceramic crown or done the tooth whitening.The results of these tetracycline teeth after restoration or tooth whitening were observed.Results:Tooth whitening is effective for fhe light tetracycline teeth.The satisfaction of the patients with light or medium tetracycline teeth was about 70%.And porcelain laminate veneer and all-ceramic crown got 90%satisfaction of the patients with light,medium and also heavy tetracycline teeth Conclusion:The esthetic results of tetracycline teeth depend on the degree of the tetracycline teeth and the choice of the restoration methods.
