摘　　要：模式化管理在高校教务管理工作中起着越来越重要的作用。模式化管理就是将日常经验理论化、规范化、制度化 ,模式化管理是学校教务管理科学化的基础 ,也是保证教务工作稳定性和连续性的必要条件。此外 ,文章还以教务管理中Modal management is getting more and more important in educational administration. Modal management is to make the routine experience theoretic, standard, and systematic, which ascertain the stability and continuance of educational administration. Besides, the author takes two routine process as the example to demonstrate the means of modal management.
