单片机水份测量仪的研制

摘　　要：水份测量仪是采用电阻法,用于粒状或丝状物质的仪器,其传感器由电极板和电阻控制的振荡电路组成.8039单片微型计算机对水份、温度等频率量检测,因而免去了高分辨率的 A/D 转换器,由微机进行自动补偿和数据处理,并以 LED 用3位有效数字静态显示.该仪器具有结构简单,成本低廉,操作方便,测量精度高、速度快的优点.本文着重介绍水份测量原理和仪器的硬软件设计.A moisture meter and method for measuring the moisture content of par- tcle or shred products utilizing the dependency of the resistance of such pro- ducts upon moisture content have been designed.The transducer is completed dy a resistance-consillator circuit and a paralled plateprobe.The output frequencies representing and dependent upon the moisture content tempreture of the sa- mple are tested and data are processed by Intel 8039 single-chip microcompu- ter.It has evaded the high resolution A/D converter.Changes in temperature and shits can de compensated automatically.The values of moisture is displayed on a LED static digital display dy 3 effective digits. The advantages of the moisture meter are simple architecture,low cost,sutable for management and measurment with high precision and high speed.This paper has placed emphasis upon the principle of measuring and hardware, so ftware design.
