摘　　要：随着旅游院校的蓬勃发展,旅游职业教育面临着前所未有的压力,在校学生参加职业准入考试通过率面临着下降的趋势。该文着重探讨如何在旅游行政主管部门引领下,加强与旅游行业的密切联系,激励学生自主学习,强化专业技能,培养综合素质,最终实现职业教育的高品质教学和高标准的就业。With the rapid development of tourism colleges,tourism vocational education confronts more pressure than before.The passing rate of college students attending occupational permission examination is declining.It is important to follow the tourism administration and reinforce the communication as well as cooperation between school and tourism in-dustry.This will improve students’learning autonomy,strengthen their professional skills,and cultivate their all-round qual-ities.The objectives of high quality teaching and standard employment will be fulfilled at last.
