摘　　要：高职院校党支部建设是高职院校德育工作的重要组成部分。本文通过文献搜集、实证研究,从党支部思想建设、组织建设、制度建设三个角度分析目前普遍的学生党支部建设的情况和高职院校学生党支部建设存在的问题。作者以浙江旅游职业学院五星级党支部——艺术系学生党支部为个案,进一步探讨学生党支部建设的途径,并结合浙旅职院艺术系的实际情况,为高职院校党支部建设提出相应策略和应对措施。The construction of Party branches is an important part of moral education in higher vocational colleges.Through literature collection and empirical studies, this paper analyses the construction of students’ party branches in higher vocational colleges and the relevant problems from aspects of ideological, organizational and institutional construction. The author makes a case study of the students’ Party branch in the Art Department(a five-star Party branch) in an effort to find better ways for the construction of students’ Party branches. After taking the current situation of the art Department into consideration, the paper ends up with some strategies in dealing with the problems that may arise in the process.
