企业家社会资本与战略型创业的关系研究——基于创新战略选择的中介作用

摘　　要：战略型创业是创业研究领域和战略管理研究领域出现的新概念,融合了创业和战略管理两方面的知识。作为一个新兴的研究领域,战略型创业的研究有着重要的理论与实践意义。论文在对相关文献进行回顾分析的基础上,对企业家社会资本与战略型创业之间的关系进行了研究,提出企业创新战略的选择在企业家社会资本与战略型创业之间发挥着中介作用。Strategic Entrepreneurship is a new concept in the field of entrepreneurship research and strategic management research, it integrates both aspects. As an emerging research field, Strategic Entrepreneurship has important theoretical and practical value. On the basis of analysis of relevant literature, this paper discusses the relationship between Entrepreneur Social Capital and Strategic Entrepreneurship, proposes that the Selection of Innovation Strategy plays an intermediary role between Entrepreneur Social Capital and Strategic Entrepreneurship.
