摘　　要：铲斗自动放平功能包括:铲斗在任意位置卸料后自动复位和铲斗在任意位置放平。就传统装载机的这一功能而言,自动放平功能只能应用于某一特定位置,具有很大的局限性,本文拟对装载机进行智能化改装的过程中,利用反转六杆机构自身运动特性及各角度间的相互关系,引进CAN总线技术,用微机控制替代人员操作,使装载机具有上述功能。The function of setting the intelligent loader's bucket flat includes: the bucket automatic reset after unloading and setting, the bucket flat at any position. As for the functions of traditional loaders, the function of automatic reset only applies to a certain position. It has too much limitation. The authors tries to make loader has above-motioned function through using the feature of reverse six-bat structure's movement and the correlation of each angles, introducing CAN technology and replacing manpower with CM CPU control in the course of intelligently refitting loader.
