摘  要:目的 探讨雌、孕激素受体与癫痫发病的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学 ABC法观察了侧脑室注射谷氨酸致痫雄性大鼠相关脑区雌、孕激素受体的变化。结果 雌、孕激素受体广泛分布于大脑皮质及海马区域 ,定位于胞核及胞浆 ,致痫组大鼠雌激素受体较正常对照组明显降低 ,而孕激素受体较正常对照组明显升高。结论 雌。Objective To explore the relationship between estrogen receptor (ER) or progesterone receptor (PR) and epilepsy. Methods The changes of ER and PR were observed in related area of brain of male rats with seizure model induced by intracerebroventricular injection of glutamic acid (Glu), by using immunohistochemical ABC technique. Results ER and PR were widely distributed in cerebral cortex and hippocampal, being localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm. ER was reduced significantly and PR was raised significantly in epileptic group as compared with that in control group. Conclusion The variety of ER and PR suggested that steroid hormones might promote or reduce seizure via corresponding receptors.
