摘　　要：将NHS(N 羟基琥珀酰亚胺 )酯功能基团引入高分子载体上 ,合成了几种聚合物的NHS酯 .研究了合成单体NHS酯及聚合物NHS酯的合成条件 ,测试了NHS酯及聚合物NHS酯的基本特性 .该聚合物NHS酯可在温和条件下与蛋白反应 ,使蛋白以共价键结合方式固定在聚合物上 。N Hydroxysuccinimide functional group was introduced into polymer carrier to synthesize a couple of polymer NHS esters. Conditions to prepare the NHS esters of all monomers and polymer NHS esters were studied. And these products' basic properties were also tested. The authors found that this polymer NHS ester can connect with proteins through covalent bounds under mild conditions and proteins can be immobilized on to polymers through covalent bounds. This technical method will offer a new material for radioimmunoassay.
