摘　　要：目的　探讨提高软组织肿瘤针吸细胞学诊断的准确率。方法　分析 6 79例软组织肿瘤的针吸细胞学诊断与组织学对照 ,找出软组织肿瘤的细胞学特征。结果　以梭形瘤细胞为特征 39例 ;以类圆形细胞为特征 4 7例 ;含多核巨细胞的多形性瘤细胞为特征 2 5例 ,转移性癌的细胞学特征 4 6 2例 ,脂肪瘤 10 6例。符合者 6 4 0例准确率 94 .2 % ,不符合 39例占 5 .7%。结论　这种方法简便诊断准确 ,结合临床和X线检查对于软组织肿瘤术前诊断有重要意义 ,可作为术前常规检查手段之一。Objective To increase the accuracy rates of needle aspiration in the cytologic diagnosis od soft tissue tumor.Methods 679 cases of soft tissue tumor were evaluated by Needle aspiration.The characteristics of cytologic were compared with the histopathology of subsequent operative speciments.Results The dominant cyotogic fathures found in the smear of 679 cases soft tissue tumor were spindle cell(39cases),oval cell(47cases),pleomorphic cell with multinuclear giant cell(25cases),metastatic carcinonma(462cases),lipoma(106cases).The diagnostic accurucy rate was 94.2%(640cases). Conclusion Needle aspiration is a simple,and accurate tehnique.Combining with cllinical history and X-ray finding it can improve the diagnostic accuracy of soft tissue tumor.
