摘　　要：目的　探讨眼外伤后无虹膜无晶状体眼的治疗方法。方法　对 2例 (2只眼 )眼外伤玻璃体切割术后无虹膜无晶状体眼患者施行带虹膜隔人工晶状体植入术。结果　术后所有患者畏光症状消失 ,视力明显提高 ,无任何严重并发症发生。结论　带量膜隔人工晶状体植入术是目前矫正无晶状体眼伴无虹膜的安全有效方法。Objective To investigate the effect of black diaphragm intraocular lens implantation in the management of aphakia with traumatic aniridia.Methods Black diaphragm intraocular lens implantation were performed in 2 aphakic patients (2 eyes) with traumatic aniridia after vitrectomy.Results All patients had been followed up for 3 to 6 months,postoperatively symptoms of photophobia were relived,postoperative visual acuity were improved,no serous intraoperative and postoperative complication were found.Conclusion Black diaphragm intraocular lens implantation is an effective safe operative procedure of aphakia with traumatic aniridia.
