原裂孔低位引流法在玻璃体手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨玻璃体手术中原裂孔低位引流方法的应用。方法　回顾分析 4 9例 (4 9只眼 )孔源性视网膜脱离患者的临床资料、视网膜裂孔情况及手术方法。结果　有 31只眼气液交换完全排出视网膜下液 ,放液孔多选择上方象限大于 1PD的马蹄孔 ,C3F8气体填充平均 0 .5 2 m l。18只眼视网膜下液有残留 ,放液孔多为小于 1PD的圆孔 ,C3F8气体填充平均 0 .81m l。结论　原裂孔低位引流法是一种安全、有效、简便的方法 。Objective To investigate the effect of inner drainage through lower original retinal breaks during vitrectomy.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data and procedures of 49 patients (49 eye) with retinal detachment.Results Subretinal fluid(SRF) was completely drained in 31 cases,which we chose retinal horse breaks larger than one papillar disc on superior quadrant and C 3F 8 gas tamponaded average 0.52 ml.18 cases had the remainder SRF which retinal round breaks were chosen smaller than one papillar disc,and C 3F 8 average 0.81ml.Conclusion Inner drainage in lower position through the original retinal break is a safe,efective and convenient method,and suit for inner drainage through the peripheral retinal breaks during vitrectomy.
