摘　　要：针对省级公共图书馆外文书刊利用率低的现状 ,分析其产生的原因 ,探讨如何提高外文书刊利用率的问题。The paper analyzes the reason why the utilization ratio of foreign language books and periodicals is low at present in provincial public library and discusses how to improve it.
