摘　　要：高校文科学报在高校不断深化改革的新形势下 ,应与时俱进 ,开拓创新。发展先进文化的理论对高校文科学报的创新有着重要的指导作用。只有认真学习 ,深刻领会 ,结合实际 ,准确定位 。Under the new situation of the deepening reform and development in the universities and colleges, the college journals of liberal arts should keep pace with the times, opening up and making innovations. To develop the advanced,cultural theories needs the instructive function in making innovations on the college journals of liberal arts. As long as we learn hard and understand deeply, combining in practice with precise orientations, the advanced,cultural ideas and theories would be used to guide the innovations for the college journals of liberal arts.
