摘　　要：介绍XMLWebService技术的基本理论,并用这种技术开发了一个C语言的网上练习系统.利用此技术创建网上练习系统使开发人员避开复杂的系统结构,而将重点放在如何封装业务逻辑方面,使系统具有更好的健壮性和可扩展性.This paper introduces the essential theroy of XML Web Services, and realizes a C practice system by making use of this technology. Through it the programmer can avoid complex system architechture and focus attention on how to encapsulate business logic. All of these can enhance the expandability of system.
