摘　　要：文献资源、图书馆员、读者是决定图书馆工作能否顺利开展并取得良好服务效果的三大因素。加强图书馆员与读者的合作关系尤为重要,因为这将有利于图书馆服务工作的开展,有利于图书馆服务目标的实现,有利于满足读者的知识信息需求,有利于图书馆事业的可持续发展。The literature, librarian and reader are three important factors that determine whether or not the library work can be smoothly carried out and get excellent service results. Strengthening the co-operative relation between the librarians and readers is very important because it will be beneficial to the development of library's service work, to the realization of the target of library's service, to the satisfaction of readers' requirements for the knowledge and information, and to the sustainable development of library's cause.
