摘　　要：从应用角度出发 ,测量分析了国产静电感应晶闸管 (SITH)的主要电参数 ,特别是在开启、关断特性上作了详细的研究。测试表明SITH器件达到较好的应用水平。并且与其它电力电子器件比较 。In the viewpoint of application, the author tests and analyzes the main parameters of the homemade static induction thyristors and especially makes a particular study of the open and close character. The test shows these circuitry can make SITH obtain better application. The author also compares with other power_electronic devices and then discusses the characteristics of this device.
