摘 要:本文通过对经济、社会、自然和技术诸方面的系统分析,全面论述了上海港新港址的选择,认为上海港新港址不宜高度集中于一处,而应在沿河和滨海分期分批建设新港区.Shanghai, the biggest harbor in China, plays an important role in the national economys, which has developed in such a rapid speed that the harbor areas now available can no longer meet the demand of industry and transportation. Therefore, to select a new harbor site has become an extremely urgent task. The present paper, from the viewpoint of system engineening, makes a comprehensive comparison among the proposed new harbor sites, such as the relationship between the volume of goods traffic and cargo flow and that of harbor and municipality, the conditions of collecting and dispatching goods, the natural conditions of sites and some engineering and technical problems. We conclude that it is better to build harbor areas in several places than to have them highly concentrated. The ideal sites to be considered are: Waingaiao, LuoJing and Hangzhou Bay, whice can be developed successively. This project may both meet the present need and bring in future benifits.
