摘　　要：目的 :探讨食管癌及贲门癌的螺旋CT诊断价值。材料与方法 :2 7例患者均经病理证实 ,全部行CT、消化道钡餐造影及胃镜检查 ,年龄 44～ 79岁 ,平均 62岁。结果 :除 1例食管原位癌外 ,CT基本可反映病变的性质、部位、范围 ,以及周围结构和远处转移情况。结论 :螺旋CT检查有助于食管癌及贲门癌肿瘤术前分期及治疗方案的制订 。Purpose:To evaluate the clinical value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of esophageal and cardiac cancer.Materials and Methods:All patients were confirmed by pathological finding,including 27 subjects aged 44～79 (mean age 62 years old).All cases were examined with spiral CT,barium meal and endoscopy.Results:Spiral CT could reveal the tumors' character,contiguous structures and distant metastases except 1 esophageal carcinoma in situ.Conclusion:Spiral CT scan can be used preoperatively to stage and make treatment plan and also useful in monitoring tumor response to the therapy.
