摘　　要：目的　观察吲哚美辛滴眼液对兔眼前房穿刺伤的防治作用。方法　将家兔随机分为 3组 ,行前房穿刺术。分别用 0 75 %吲哚美辛滴眼液、0 5 %醋酸可的松滴眼液和生理盐水滴眼治疗。结果　吲哚美辛滴眼液和醋酸可的松滴眼液均能明显减轻炎症反应强度 ,缩短炎症反应持续时间。吲哚美辛滴眼液对结膜充血和水肿的疗效优于醋酸可的松滴眼液。Objective: To observe the prophylactic and therapeutic action of Indomethacin eyedrops on paracentesis of anterior chamber in rabbits Methods: Fifteen rabbits with paracentesis of anterior chamber were divided into 3 groups randomly and received 0 75% Indomethacin eyedrops, 0 5% Cortisone acetate eyedrops and normal saline, respectively Results: Both Indomethacin eyedrops and Cortisone acetate eyedrops had obvious effect on inhibiting injury reaction and the persistence time of inflammation reaction was shortened The therapeutic effects of indomethacin eyedrops on conjunctival congestion and dropsy were significantly better than those of Cortisone acetate eyedrops Conclusion: The antiinflammatory effect of Indomethacin eyedrops on paracentesis of anterior chamber in rabbits is significant
