摘　　要：目的　分析探讨恶性淋巴上皮病的诊断和治疗。方法　复习我科 2 0多年来收治的 16例恶性淋巴上皮病的发病、治疗方法和预后。结果　恶性淋巴上皮病最初常与良性淋巴上皮病相混淆 ,若治疗不彻底可复发 ,甚至远处转移。结论　正确诊断恶性淋巴上皮病 ,彻底切除病变及周围腺体 ,并配合局部放疗 。Objective: To analyse the diagnosis and treatment of malignant lymphoepithelial lesion (MLEL). Methods: Incidence, treatment and prognosis of 16 MLEL patients in our department in the past 20 years were reviewed. Results: The MLEL was often confused with benign lymphoepithelial lesion and relapse and remote metastasis would occur if not treated thoroughly. Conclusion: Correct diagnosis, thorough resection of the lesion as well as peripheral glands combine with local radiation therapy can result in acceptable prognosis.
