胃癌的AgNOR定量分析与PCNA基因表达评判胃癌预后

摘　　要：目的　了解AgNOR定量分析与PCNA基因表达在评判胃癌预后中的意义。 方法　对 80例胃癌石蜡标本进行HE染色分组 ,分别进行AgNOR染色及S P免疫组化方法染色。应用MPILAS 5 0 0多媒体彩色图分析系统进行AgNOR定量分析和光镜下观察PCNA阳性表达结果。 结果　AgNOR含量在进展期组与早期组相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ,生存时间≤ 3年组与生存时间≥ 3年组相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论　AgNOR定量分析与PCNA基因表达是胃癌较强的预后指标。联合检测定性、定量指标并综合分析能更加有效地评判病人预后。Objective To investigate the si gnificance of AgNOR quantitative analysis and PCNA gene express in judging the p rognosis of stomach cancer.Methods Paraffin slides of 80 cases of stomach cancer were stained with HE,AgNOR and immunochemical S P methods.The n,they were observed under optical microscopy and were quantitative analysis wit h the MPILAS 500 color pathology picture analysis system.Results There was remarkable significance(P<0.01) between developing period and early stage in AgNOR content.The difference was significant( P<0.01) between lifefime ≤3 years and lifetime ≥3 years.Concl usion AgNOR quantitative analysis and PCNA gene express are the strong prognosis indicators.Combined examination of qualitative,quantitative and compre hensive analysis would judge more effectually the patients'prognosis.
