高校内部建立教学工作状态评价体系的思考与实践

摘　　要：高校提高教学质量的关键是要挖掘内部潜力 ,确立和健全一种系统内部各层面均有内在动力 ,可持续发展的基本制度。本文在全面阐述高校内部教学工作状态评价体系的设置原则、主要内容、实施要点的基础上 ,提出了进一步完善教学工作状态评价体系 ,充分发挥监控机制效能的有效途径。University raise teaching key of quality to want and excavate inside potentiality,establish and build the whole first system every aspect has inherent power , Basic system of sustainable development. On appraising the establishment principle,main content ,foundation of implementing the main point of the system in teaching state in explaining the university of this text all-sidedly, Have proposed perfecting the teaching state and appraises the system further,give full play to the effective way of controlling mechanism efficiency.
