摘 要:用渗硼和新型的等离子体浸没式氮离子注入技术(PⅢ)对Cr12MoV钢进行复合处理,制备出了含有立方氮化硼的表面硬化层。经X光电子能谱和X射线衍射分析发现硬化层中的组织主要是立方氮化硼(c BN)、六方氮化硼(h BN)、FeB和Fe2B。在与单独渗硼处理的Cr12MoV钢试样进行对比时,对立方氮化硼表面硬化层进行了维氏显微硬度和滑动摩擦试验。结果表明:硬化层具有高达48GPa的高硬度和优良的摩擦性能。The hardened surface layers containing cubic boron nitride (cBN) phase on Cr12MoV steel were prepared by a double treatment combining boronizing and a new plasma immersion nitrogen ion implantation (PⅢ) technique. It was found by xray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and xray diffraction (XRD) analysis that the main structures were cubic boron nitride (cBN), hexagonal boron nitride(hBN), FeB and Fe2B in the hardened surface layers. The hardness and tribological properties of the hardened surface layers were determined by Vickers micro hardness experiment and sliding friction experiment in comparison with the specimens of Cr12MoV steel treated alone by boronizing. The results indicated that the hardened surface layers had very high hardness up to 48GPa and very fine tribological properties.
