啤酒瓶贴标机取标过程的分析研究

摘　　要：对粘贴啤酒瓶标签所用的回转式贴标机 ,分析了取标过程的三个工位 ,即上胶、滚标、夹标 ,提出了标板在各个工位时应满足的条件 ,并在此基础上 ,对取标凸轮曲线进行了实例计算 。On the basis of the study of the round labeling machine for pasting the label on beer bottles, this paper analyses the three work places of picking up process, i.e. gluing, labeling, gripping, gives the conditions required of work places, and designs the curve of the picking up cam with the cited example. The result can meet the requirements of the picking up process.
