摘　　要：在日益激烈的竞争环境中,企业在政治上的成功与市场上的成功同等重要,尤其是在为企业营造一个有利的体制环境方面。企业这种影响政府政策和法律法规的行为称为公司政治行为(CorporatePoliticalAction,简称CPA)。西方学术界在20世纪70年代就开始了此领域的研究,并取得了一定的研究成果。本文通过对西方CPA研究进行综述与评价,"他山之石,可以攻玉",希望能为我国的相关研究起到借鉴意义。In an environment of fierce competition the success in politics is as important for enterprises as their success in market.This is because success in politics will create an advantageous institutional environment in enterprises.Corporate political action (abbr.CPA)refers to the enterprises' actions which will influence the government policies and regulations.The study of CPA in developed countries began in 1970's and big achievements have been made.This paper integrates all the studies of CPA in the developed countries and comments on them.They will provide new ideas and methods for CPA study in China.
