31例成人中枢神经系统白血病临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨成人非淋巴细胞白血病 (ANLL)患者并发中枢神经系统白血病 (CNSL)的临床特征。方法 :回顾性分析 31例成人CNSL患者的临床资料。结果 :31例成人CNSL患者中 ,ANLL 2 0例 ,分别为M2 ～M5患者。其中 3例确诊于发病初期 ,17例确诊于巩固期 ;4 0岁以下者 2 7例 ,占 87.0 % ,平均年龄 2 7.4 8岁 ;目前死亡15例 ,失访 2例 ,生存 14例。结论 :成人ANLL患者并发CNSL发生率高 ,病情危笃 ,预后差 ;临床应重视其预防治疗。Objective:To decleav clinic teatuels of adult ANLL with CNSL.Method:Clinical features of 31 adult patients suffering from CNSL were reviewed and analysed.Result:Among 31 adult CNSL patients,20 of them were ANLL,subtyped as M 2～M 5.3 of 20 cases were diagnosed in the early stage, others in stability stage. 27 pateints below 40 years old.Average age is 27.48 . At present, 15 patients were dead, 2 cases dropped out in the visit. 14 patients are still alive.Conclusion:In the M 2～M 5 adult ANLL patients,the incidence of cNSL were high.Due to its poor prognosis, prevention of it should be emphasized.
