难治性青光眼小梁切除联合羊膜移植的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨羊膜移植在难治性青光眼滤过性手术中的抗瘢痕粘连,形成并保持功能性滤过泡的作用。方法选择15例20眼难治性青光眼行小梁切除联合羊膜移植手术,术后随访观察术眼滤过泡形态和功能,眼压、视力变化、并发症等情况,随访时间3个月至18个月。结果20眼术后全部形成并保持功能性滤过泡,眼压除1眼需局部应用降眼压药水控制在21mmHg以下外,其余眼压均在10mmHg至21mmHg之间。未发现因羊膜植入所致的并发症。结论羊膜移植在难治性青光眼滤过性手术中的应用具有抗瘢痕、阻止因粘连而阻塞滤过道的作用,且无毒副作用,可推广应用。Objective:To do the research on the anticicatricial adbhesion function and forming and keeping follicle function of amnion transplanation in treating for the refractory glaucoma during the operation.Methods:20 eyes in 15cases of refractory glaucoma were chosed to have the trabccula resecfion operation with amnion transplantafion.The form of the follicle、function、intraocular pressure,change of sight and complication were served the operations.The follow-up survey time is among 3 months to 18 months.Results:All of the 20 eyes have formed and kept the functional follicle.The intraocular pressure were between and 21 mmHg,except for one eye which needed to apply locally liguid medicine to drop the pressure to 21 mmHg.No complication was found.Conclusion:Amnion transpoanfafion has the furufion of anrucicuad and hos no side effecf.It is worhy of spreadiy.
