摘　　要：该研究在大样本调查的基础上 ,对我国公务员和企业员工的工作生活压力状况作了较为细致的比较分析。作者详细分析了我国公务员队伍和企业员工的工作生活压力源的因素结构和两个群体间的在工作生活压力上的差异 。Based on a large sample survey,the study offers detailed comparative analyses on job and life stress between public servants and enterprise staff in our country.The author analyzes in detail the factor structure of the stressors for the job and life stress of public servants and enterprise staff in our country,and the difference in job and life stress between the two groups.The authors thus reach certain meaningful conclusions.
