摘 要:目的 探讨DNA含量、SPF值与喉癌浸润转移的相关性。方法 对 5 2例喉癌组织、4 0例相应癌旁组织、15例喉息肉 ,采用流式细胞术检测细胞核DNA含量和SPF值。结果 在喉癌、癌旁、喉息肉中 ,DNA含量分别为1.4 0± 0 .72、1.0 0± 0 .0 9、1.0 3± 0 .0 7;SPF值分别为 19.6 1± 5 .34、2 .10± 0 .96、3.83± 1.30 ;喉癌组织中的DNA指数(DI)值、SPF值显著高于癌旁及喉息肉 ,而癌旁、喉息肉组织中DNA含量相似 ,喉息肉组织中SPF值显著高于癌旁。喉癌患者的年龄低、肿瘤细胞分化程度低、浸润程度深、有淋巴结转移、晚期的声门上、声门下及喉咽癌DNA含量和SPF值较之患者年龄高、肿瘤细胞分化程度高、浸润程度浅、无淋巴结转移、早期的声门癌明显增高。结论 DNA含量和SPF值可作为判断喉癌浸润。Objective To study the relationship of DNA quantity and SPF value with invasion and metastasis in laryngeal cancer.Methods Flow cytometry was used to examine the DNA quantity and SPF value in specimens of 52 laryngeal cancer, 40 corresponding paracancerous tissues and 15 laryngeal polyp. Results The DNA quantity in laryngeal cancer,corresponding paracancerous tissues and laryngeal polyp were 1.40±0.72, 1.00±0.09,and 1.03±0.07, respectively. The SPF values in laryngeal cancer,corresponding paracancerous tissues and laryngeal polyp were 19.61±5.34,2.10±0.96,and 3.83±1.30, respectively.The DI value and SPF value in laryngeal cancer were significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues and laryngeal polyp.And the DNA quantities in paracancerous tissues and laryngeal polyp were similar. The SPF value in laryngeal polyp was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues. The DNA quantity and SPF value had a close correlation with ages, pathological grade, depth of invasion, adenoid metastasis and primary location. Conclusion DNA quantity and SPF value can be used as reliable maker in judging invasion,metastasis and prognosis of laryngeal cancer.
