泪道探通术联合迪可罗眼膏注入治疗新生儿泪囊炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨泪道探通术联合泪道内注入药物治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法 :把 13 2例新生儿泪囊炎患者随机分成迪可罗眼膏组和生理盐水组 ,采用 5号探注针行泪道探通术后于泪道内逢单日注入迪可罗眼膏 ,逢双日注入生理盐水。每组 76只眼。随访观察 3～ 6个月。结果 :迪可罗组 6月冲洗通畅率为 97 3 7%、生理盐水组保持通畅者为 5 5 2 6% ,两组疗效差异有显著性 (χ2 =3 4 97,P <0 0 1)。结论 :采用泪道探通术联合泪道内注入迪可罗眼膏 ,是成功率较高的治疗新生儿泪囊炎的方法之一。Objective:To discuss curative effect of lacrimal duct probing combined with pouring dikeluo eye ointment in dacryoeystitis neonatorum.Methods:132 patients of dacryoeystitis neonatorum were devided randomly into two groups:one was the group of dikeluo eye ointment,the other was the group of normal saline solution.On odd numbered days dikeluo eye ointment was injected and on even numbered days normal saline solution were injected after making lacrimal duct probing with N0.5 probe.Each group was 76 eyes.Observation followed may be for 3 to 6 months.Results:The washing passing rate in group of dikeluo was 97 37%.The keeping passing rate of normal saline solution was 55 26%.The difference of curative effect between two groups was obvious(χ 2=34 97,P<0 01).Conclusion:pouring dikeluo eye ointment combined with lacrimal duct probing is one of successful ways to cure dacryoeystitis neonatorum.
