摘　　要：当前我国国有企业的债务问题较为严重 ,要通过对这一问题研究 ,找到国有企业过度负债的实质和根源 。Currectly, the debt of state enterprise is very serious. This thesis tries to find the roots and the substance of being in debt,we must further investigate and study the way of reorganizing the debt of state enterprise through researching this problem.
