摘　　要：民族精神是一种巨大的精神力量,是一个民族实现共同的理想、目标的精神支柱。党的十六大报告强调要把弘扬和培育民族精神作为文化建设的重要任务,纳入国民教育的全过程,纳入精神文明建设全过程,这对于促进我国经济社会发展,实现中华民族的伟大复兴具有重大意义。National spirit is a kind of tremendous spiritual force, the spiritual prop of a nation to realize common ideal and objective. The report of the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the importance of cultivating and enlarging the national spirit. It is an important task of the cultural construction. We must bring it into the whole process of national education and spiritual civilization. It has great significance for our country to promote economy and society development and to realize the Chinese national rejuvenation.This article discusses the national spirit is the strength source to realize the Chinese national rejuvenation from three parts. The first, national spirit is the national soul of more than fivethousandyears Chinese culture accumulation; the second, national spirit is the strength source to build China into a comprehensive comfortable society and realize the Chinese national rejuvenation; the third, cultivating and enlarging natonal spirit is an important task of the cultural construction.
