推注式折叠型人工晶体植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨使用推注器植入折叠型人工晶体手术的临床效果。方法　对 5 5例 5 8眼白内障患者行 3mm透明角膜隧道切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合推注式折叠型人工晶体植入术 ,人工晶体为眼力健SI3 0NB和SI40NB可折叠型硅胶晶体 ,用专用的配套推注器Unfolder植入折叠型人工晶体于囊袋内。结果　术后视力 :术后 1d、1周、1个月裸眼或矫正视力≥ 0 5者 ,分别为 84 5 %、94 7%、98%。术后角膜散光 :术前、术后角膜散光差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　推注器植入可折叠型人工晶体实现了真正含义的微小切口手术 ,具有许多优点 。Objective To observe the clinic result of foldable lens using Allergan unfolder intraocular lens(IOL) injection system.Methods Fifty-eight eyes of 55 patients with cataract were operated on phacoemulcification with 3 mm clear corneal incision and implanted SI30 and SI40 IOL (Allergan) using the unfolder.Results Postoperatively,84.5% of patients achieved a vision of 0.5 or better at 1 day,94.7% at 1 week and 98% at 1 month.There was no statistic difference in corneal astigmatism between preoperation and postoperation.Conclusion Unfolder injection system makes the incision of phacoemulcification of cataract smaller.It has a lot of advanstages and is worth spreading.
