摘  要:目的 描绘乳腺癌的基因差异表达谱 ,以寻找乳腺癌新的肿瘤相关候选基因和分子标志。方法 用含 1 4 0 0 0个cDNA克隆的表达微阵列检测乳腺癌组织、乳腺癌旁组织及乳腺非癌组织的mRNA表达 ,并分析其表达的差异。结果 乳腺癌组织与乳腺非癌组织比较有 80个差异表达基因 ,乳腺癌组织与乳腺癌旁组织比较有 57个差异表达基因 ,乳腺癌旁组织与乳腺非癌组织比较有 2 9个差异表达基因 ,在乳腺癌组织与乳腺非癌组织和乳腺癌旁组织比较中有 1 4个差异表达基因是一致的。结论 用微阵列技术对乳腺癌的肿瘤相关基因和分子标志作初步探索 ,为了解中国女性乳腺癌发生发展的分子机制。Objective To investigate the profiling of differentially expressed genes in breast cancer and identify new candidate genes and molecular marks related to breast cancer. Methods Differentially expressed genes of breast cancer compared with the tissue near to breast cancer and normal breast tissue were investigated using high density cDNA microarray representing 14 000 cDNA clones. Results There were 80 differentially expressed genes between breast cancer and normal breast tissue, 57 between breast cancer and the tissue near to breast cancer, and 29 between the tissue near to breast cancer and normal breast tissue; 14 differentially expressed genes were found to be consistent when comparing breast cancer with the tissue near to breast cancer and normal breast tissue. Conclusion The present study represents a global view of gene expression of breast cancer and provides important clues for further study of breast cancer in Chinese women.
