摘　　要：目的　探索一种理想的修复单侧唇裂手术方法。方法　自 1 997～ 2 0 0 2年运用改良Onizuka法治疗单侧唇裂 2 2例。结果　 2 2例患者均获良好外形 ,无任何并发症。结论　该方法用于修复单侧唇裂效果好 。Objective To seek an ideal method for repairing unilateral cleft lip. Methods Improved Onizuka's method was used in unilateral cleft lip closure. Twenty two patients with unilateral cleft lip were successfully tr eated with this method from 1997 to 2002. Results After operation all patients obtained satisfactory facial appearance. There was not any complic ation in all patients. Conclusion This technique is an easy, saf e and reliable method for unilateral cleft lip closure.
