高校图书情报事业“求同存异”的发展思路探究

摘　　要：高校图书情报事业的发展离不开相互的协同 ,更少不了特色的建设。“同”、“异”同时存在 ,相互补充已成为图书情报事业未来发展的重要趋势。如何能“求同存异”是我们理应思考的问题。挖掘“同”的内在联系 ,抓住“异”的发展变迁 ,“同”中求“异”是加快文献资源发展、确立先进管理理念、搞好特色建设的关键之所在。The paper discusses that the development of library cannot be fulfilled without coordinating each other and characteristically constructing.“Common ground” and “differences” are coexistent and complemen- tary each other,which has become the important tendency for the future library development.The question for modern university library management is how to “seek common ground and reserve differences.”The key to fastening document resources development,establishing advanced management idea and doing well in characteristic construction lies in exploring the inner links in common ground,paying attention to the developing changes in differences,and seeking uniqueness in common ground.
