摘 要:本文研究了山葡萄对晚秋叶施^(15)N-尿素的吸收、运转、贮藏及再分配利用的特点。结果表明,山葡萄幼树晚秋叶施尿素后可很快被叶吸收并运到树体各部分,Ndff从叶运到根中(距离40cm)只需48小时,且运到根中后即部分形成蛋白质。休眠期80.02%的Ndff贮藏在根中,特别是细根,52.39%Ndff以蛋白态形式贮藏。翌春葡萄开始生长后,Ndff较总N优先用于新梢和叶片等新生器官的生长。不同时期,Ndff%最高的器官不同,一般生长活跃器官的Ndff%高。次年秋季,叶中Ndff仍可部分回流到树体内,第3年春天仍有小量Ndff重新分配到新生器官。Ndff可被山葡萄重复利用3年。Using foliar application of 15N-urea in late autumn,the absorption,transloca tion,storage and distribution of 15N in two-year-old V.amurensis Rupr plants were studied.The results showed that foliar applied 15N-urea was absorbed rapidly by,leaves and soon translocated to all parts of the grapevines.Time for Ndff tansporting from leaves to fine roots was 48 hours Furthermore,par t of Ndff was transformed into protein N as soon as it reached fine roots.The Ndff stored in roots composed of 80.02% of total Ndff in which 52.39% was in form of protein N in dormancy stage.More proportion of Ndff was redistributed into shoots and leaves than that of total N in spring of the second year.Percentage of Ndff in total N and protein N differed invarious organs at each stora.ge and the active-growing organ of grape-vines usually possesed the highest Ndff concentration a t each stage.In all organs,however,same Ndff was decreased during the growth season.In autumn of the second year,Ndff in leaves was partly retrans-located into other parts of the plants.In spring of the third year,however,less proportion of Ndff was redistributed into shoots and leaves than that of total N.Therefore,Ndff could be repeatedly used by grapevines at least three years after foliar application of 15N-urea.
