首发精神分裂症偏执型患者血浆IL-2、IL-6变化的研究

摘　　要：目的研究首发精神分裂症偏执型患者血浆中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的变化。方法病例组为住院的符合中国精神疾病诊断标准及分类方案第三版首发精神分裂症偏执型诊断标准的病人30例,PANSS量表评分≥60分;选取正常对照组20例对照。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定对照组和精神分裂症组治疗前及治疗后6wIL-2、IL-6的血浆浓度,并进行组间比较。结果精神分裂症组治疗前血浆IL-2、IL-6的水平显著增高,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);精神分裂症组治疗6w症状基本缓解后,血浆IL-2水平与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),IL-6水平与对照组比较显著增高(P<0.05);症状基本缓解后血浆IL-2水平较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05),IL-6水平较治疗前有增高趋势,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者存在免疫功能紊乱,治疗后IL-2水平下降也许可以作为抗精神病药物影响免疫变化的一个指标。Objective To evaluate the changes of interleukin - 2 and - 6 plasma levels of first - episode paranoid schizophrenics. Methods Thirty inpatients whose symptoms met CCMD - 3 criteria for first - episode paranoid schizophrenia and PANSS scores were no less than 60 were enrolled as case group. Twenty healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group. The levels of EL - 2 and EL - 6 were measured with enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELBA) for both the control group and case group before treatment and in 6 weeks after treatment, and comparisons were made between the 2 groups. Results Before treatment, the levels of IL - 2 and IL - 6 were significantly higher in case group than in control group( P < 0.05) . In six weeks after treatment there was no significant difference in EL - 2 between the 2 groups( P > 0.05). The levels of EL - 6 in case group was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05) . After initial remission of symptoms, the IL - 2 levels significantly decreased ( P < 0.05), EL-6 levels is higher than that of pretreatment and the difference was not significant. Conclusion Schizophrenics have immune dysfunction, the decrease of EL - 2 levels after treatment may be considered as a parameter for the effect of anti - psychotic agents on. the changes of immune.
