自理模式在脑血管病患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：护士对182例病人提供了部分、完全补偿性护理及健康教育,满足不同病情病人对护理的需要。每月进行问卷、口头调查。结果病人和家属疾病相关知识及自我护理方法的知晓率由31%升至91%,对病区护理工作的满意度由64%升至96%。笔者提出:护士的健康教育技能有待提高,护理管理者应及时评价自理模式实施的效果,发现偏差,及时纠正。patients in the neurological department were given partial o r full compensatory nursing and health education to meet the needs of different patients.Monthly survey by questionnaire or interview were conducted.The rate in patients'and their dependents'disease-related knowledge and the self-nursing methods grew from31%to91%.The satisfaction rate for nursing quality rose from64% to96%.In nursing,the application of self-nursing mode can be individualized and thus promote the rise of nursing quality and health knowledge of the patients an d their dependents.On the other hand,the techniques at health education need imp rovement and the nursing administrators should regularly evaluate the effect of self-nursing mode so as to correct mistakes.
