摘　　要：笔者报道将聘用护士组建成“民兵救护营”,实行军事化的规范管理的体会,认为此举措为聘用护士的管理探索出一条新路,促进护理管理规范化,加强护理队伍全面建设,增强了新时期国防后备力量。The authors report the management of organizing c ontracted nurses into'militia rescue battalion'under military man-agement,whi ch provides a new way for the management of contracted nurses,promotes the stand ardized management of nursing,rein-forces the full-scale construction of nursin g team and thus enhances the reserve forces for national defense at new era.
