明胶海绵替硝唑敷料治疗干槽症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　总结吸收性明胶海绵替硝唑敷料治疗干槽症的临床疗效。方法　应用吸收性明胶海绵替硝唑敷料治疗 46例干槽症 ,其中男性 2 8例 ,女性 18例 ,病情重者全身配合应用抗生素。结果　总有效率达 97.8% ,取得了满意的效果。结论　吸收性明胶海绵替硝唑敷料具有止痛 ,持续性消炎。Objective The purpose of this report is to observed the clinical effect of treatment of dry socket with Gelfoam-tinidazole compound. Methods 46 cases (28 men and 18 women) of dry socket were treated by Gelfoam-tinidazole compound, while the severe patients received antibiotics usages. Results The resutts were satisfactory and it showed that the tatal effective rate was 97.8%. Conclusion Absorbable Gelfoam-tinidazole compound could relieve pain and promote wound cure.
