成釉细胞瘤中Ki-67的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　检测Ki_6 7抗原在不同组织类型成釉细胞瘤中的表达情况 ,以探讨不同组织类型成釉细胞瘤的细胞增殖能力差异及其相应的临床意义。方法　采用LsAB免疫组织化学方法 ,对 70例成釉细胞瘤进行染色 ,并采用Sopt及IPP图像分析系统半定量分析Ki_6 7阳性染色指数。结果　恶性成釉细胞瘤的阳性染色指数最高14 72 %± 2 87% ,其次为实性成釉细胞瘤 ,其中以滤泡型 4 4 2 %± 1 0 5 %高于丛状型 3 6 4 %± 1 2 3% ,单囊型最低2 2 1%± 1 0 9%。结论　Ki_6 7所反映的不同组织类型成釉细胞瘤的细胞增殖能力的差异 ,可能与其术后复发率的高低有关。Objective\ The expression of Ki_67 antigen of ameloblastoma was exmanied in order to investigate the different proliferation activity of histological variants of ameloblastoma and its clinical significance.Methods\ 70 cases of different histological specimen of ameloblastoma were analyzed by immunohistochemical method using Ki_67 antibody. The Label Index was calculated in percentage of Ki_67 positive cells after examined with an image analysis system.Results\ The results showed that the Labeled Index in malignant ameloblastoma was the highest 14 72%±2 87%. The Labeled Index in solid ameloblastoma was in the middle, among which the follicular 4 42%±1 05% was higher than the plexiform 3 64%±1 23%. The Labeled Index in mono_cystic ameloblastoma was the lowest 2 21%±1 09%.Conclusion\ The results demonstrated that the proliferation activity varied according to the histological pattern of ameloblastoma. The prognosis with different proliferation activity was also varied accordingly.\;
