摘　　要：Theincreasedmicrovascularpermeabilityappearsmainlyinvenuleduringinflammation , shock ,andburns .Endothelialcellsplayanimportantroleinvenulepermeabilityenhancement.Therearetwo kindsofpathwayformacromoleculeextravasation .Oneisparacellularpathwayandanotheristranscellular pathway ,whicharerelatedtotheformationofendothelialgaportranscellularopeningsseperately .Thealter ationofintercellularrelatedprotein ,suchasoccludin ,claudin ,zonaoccludens (ZO) ,junctionaladhesion molecule (JAM) ,VE -cadherin ,catenin ,integrin ,etc ,andthealterationofendothelialcytoskeleton ,such asrearrangementofactinfilament,formationofstressfiberandfocaladhesion ,etc ,involveinthepathogenesis ofincreasedmicrovascularpermeability .
