摘　　要：简述了油烟的组成,详细介绍了当前国内外油烟净化技术的净化机理,并给出了油烟复合治理技术的计算方法,对油烟治理方法的发展趋势提出了看法.Component and harm of oil fume were simply introduced in this articl e .Aut hors particularly discuss a variety of mechanism of oil fume purification t echnology,and give a method of calcu lation of combination program dealing wi th oil fume and our views on the trend of oil fume c leanse.
