摘  要:数控线切割编程技术在线切割加工中起着主导作用。目前国内外采用的程序格式是CNC国际通用G代码,该程序操作简单、方便、快捷、准确。早期国产数控线切割机床的程序编制采用3B(4B)程序。这些机床的市场占有率仍很大,若更换为有G代码编程的控制柜其费用相当于原机床的售价。本文提出了一种简单的方法,可以将3B(4B)程序直接转换为CNC(ISO代码)程序,而使CNC编程的机床与原3B(4B)编程的国产机床实现数据共享。The technique for numerical control thread cutting procedure compiling plays a leading role in the process of thread cutting. At present , the procedure format being used both at home and abroad is G code of CNC. The procedure has advantages of simplicity .convenience, rapidity and accuracy. However, 3B(4B) procedure has been used in the procedure compiling for the domestic numerical control thread cutting machine since early time. The machines of this kind are still taking a major ratio in markets. In case of using control cabinet of G code procedure compiling instead,the expense is equivalent to the price of the original machine. This article introduces a simple method which can change 3B(ISO code) procedure,and make CNC procedure compiling machine enjoy data mutually with the domestic machines.
