摘　　要：中国工会应通过了解、熟悉、掌握和运用人本理论来实现源头维护,在人本理论的培养和中国人本管理的建立、规范和完善过程中积极发挥作用。China Trade Union should realize the maintenance from the head of the source by way of understanding、familiarizing、mastering and applying the human theory, and China Trade Union should actively bring into full play the functions during the process of the cultivation of the human theory and the process for the establishment、standardization and perfection of China human administration.
