两种AcrySof折叠式人工晶体植入后囊膜混浊的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察两种设计不同的AcrySof丙烯酸酯折叠式人工晶体 (intraocularlens ,IOL )对晶状体后囊膜混浊 ( posteriorcapsuleopacification ,PCO)的影响。方法 :114例 ( 114只眼 )随机分为两组 ( 1)试验组 :5 9例 ( 5 9眼 ) ,植入一体式AcrySof折叠式IOL。 ( 2 )对照组 :5 5例 ( 5 5眼 ) ,植入三体式AcrySof折叠式IOL。术后半年散大瞳孔观察Soemmering环和PCO情况。结果 :瞳孔区PCO ,试验组 4只眼 ( 6 8% ) ,混浊多为轻微皱褶。对照组 11只眼 ( 2 0 % ) ,试验组PCO明显少于对照组 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。两组术后Soemmering环边界均清晰而试验组更加明显 ,且襻周也形成明显的细胞增殖区。结论 :一体式AcrySof折叠IOL具有独特设计的襻使晶状体后囊膜皱褶大为减少 ,远期PCO明显下降。Objective:To compare the differences of posterior capsule opacification (PCO) between one-piece and three-pieces AcrySof foldable intraocular lense (IOL) implantations after phacoemulsification. Methods:At the 6th month after phacoemulsification,the condition of PCO in 59 eyes with single-piece IOL implantation was compared with that in other 55 eyes with three-pieces IOL. Results:The incidence rate of PCO in single-piece IOL group (6 8%,4 eyes) was significantly different from three-pieces IOL group (20%,11 eyes) (P<0 05). Conclusions:The single-piece foldable IOL seems able to decrease the incidence of PCO after phacoemulsification.
